• Where do we come in the picture?
  SmartRDI has an active collaboration with Deloitte Romania on topics related to electronic commerce and smart e-governance. The collaboration includes analysis of electronic procedures and services in the government area, focusing on improving the rules, procedures and mechanisms required by Romanian Government in order to further develop the e-commerce sector. The results include analysis of e-commerce abuses and disputes issues – including copyright issues in digital goods and cross-border e-commerce, or analysis of electronic commerce components that create difficulties for operators and / or users of electronic commerce.
